I’ve been hearing this for decades now, and every decade I keep hearing the same thing. It’s never been a better time to be a chiropractor, and I have to agree with that. When I give lectures to people all over the country, I ask, “Do you think we live in a healthy society?” And 99% of the people answer, “No, we do not live in a healthy society.”
Then I ask, “Do you think that the public trusts our healthcare system more or less after Covid?” The fact of the matter is, I think the public trusts healthcare less. So this is a massive opportunity for chiropractors or healthcare providers who are willing to get out there and really focus on educating the public. If you do a really good job at educating the public, you will establish trust in your community. When you establish trust in your community, not only will people pay, stay and refer, but you’ll be the talk of the town.
Show Patients the True Value of Chiropractic
That’s the number one reason why I think it’s never been a better time to be a chiropractor, because you have the opportunity to educate your community and to show them that the type of services that you deliver actually help. We’re not putting a Band-Aid on the situation. We’re not doing surgery, we’re not doing pharmaceuticals. We’re moving people away from those things, which people have lost confidence and faith in.

Dr. Gary Rademacher founded Downtown’s Healthcare in Denver in 1997, eventually growing that chiropractic practice to 600 patient visits a week. In 2011, he integrated medical providers into his office, believing that the combination of chiropractic and medicine would provide the best care for his patients. He fully believes in the innate power of the body’s ability to heal itself and that medication and surgery should be a last resort.
