I have 5 practices and spend more time with family then when i was seeing 88 patients a week

Dr Tim Steflik became a client of The Business Academy early in his Chiropractic journey. He was seeing 88 visits per week, working very IN his practice day in and day out.

 

One day, after leaving the house really early in the morning and returning late into the evening, realizing that he had missed his infant son and lost another day where he didn’t get to enjoy his family, he realized something needs to change.

 

Upon starting with The Business Academy, he was able to put systems in place, add more services, add more staff, one practice became 2, then 3 and now 6 practices.

 

Meanwhile his infant son got a sibling and now Dr Steflik has 5 young children while doing this.

 

He has also been very active in the Chiropractic Community and the Florida Chiropractic Association – now having been elected to be the next President of the FCA.

 

When we asked him how he will handle practices all over the state, all of those responsibilities and still be present for his staff, he told us “I’m getting my own plane and pilots license.”
