Start by downloading the test forms using the download button above. It will download as a zip file. Click the file, then click extract all. This will download 5 PDFs. 

Then, print all 5 PDF forms for each interviewee you'd like to administer the tests to. 

1. Do not give the testee copies of the tests to take home. Have them do it in the office.
2. The tests are voluntary. Should they refuse, do not make them take it.
3. Have the testee seated comfortably at a desk or table where they won’t be disturbed.
4. Give them the PPA Test as well as the answer sheet. This is the 200 question test. Tell them it is not a timed test and that he or she has as long as needed. Start the PPA test. Please ask them to answer all questions. We can't get a truly accurate result without all questions answered. When they have completed, collect the results from them. The answer sheet is what we will need sent in for results.
5. Next, give them a copy of the Aptitude test. Give them form A and have them read the instructions. Explain that this is a timed test, to let you know when they are ready to begin, and to let you know when they have finished.  You will time them from start to finish on this test.
6. Mark the time on the bottom of the test where it says “time” using a stop watch if possible. The time is very important to give accurate results.
7. Collect their results when they have completed. 
8. For the IQ test, provide the testee with a pencil and a few sheets of paper to work out the problems.
9. Give them the test and the answer sheet and have them read the instructions. They have 30 minutes to complete the IQ test. Once the 30 minutes is done, they need to stop the test, regardless of whether or not they have answered all the questions, it is fine if they do not answer all of the questions.
10. The finished tests can be faxed to (888) 251-8076 or emailed to testing@thebusinessacademy.com. We only need the answer sheets and the aptitude (both sides) sent back in.
